Ciderlicious - Thornborough Cider 21

Thornborough Cider

Thornborough Cider has been making small batches of award-winning cider from locally-sourced apples in the small village of Thornborough on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales since 2010.

Their cider is hand-pressed each autumn on a traditional rack and cloth cider press and left to ferment with minimal intervention through the long Yorkshire winter before being bottle conditioned in spring. The cider contains a careful blend of over 50 varieties of apple and, unlike most ciders, it is unsulphited, unpasteurised and unfiltered.

The end result is a refreshing dry sparkling Yorkshire cider that continues to develop its flavour in the bottle.
