Once we have dispatched your order we will send you an email with tracking details. If your order hasn’t arrived with 5 days of receiving this notification please email customerservice@ciderlicious.co.uk or call us on 0113 733 9450.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES

Standard Monday to Friday UK Mainland delivery: £4.99

UK Mainland Deliveries

We love getting your Cider to you as quickly as possible so 99% of items are dispatched within 1-2 days. Once it is dispatched you should get your order the next day via DPD. 

We ship Monday to Friday so if you place a next day order on Friday it will be delivered on Monday/Tuesday and for Saturday or Sunday orders, they will be shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday/Wednesday.

You will receive tracking information from ourselves and DPD so that you can find out when to expect your delivery. If there is no-one at home the parcel will be taken away, a card will be left for you to arrange a new delivery date. If you prefer, you can also select to collect from a DPD collection point.

Some locations such as The Highlands & Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands incur a surcharge dependent on postcode. The additional charge will be calculated based on your postcode and shown at the checkout.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY DELIVERY*

DPD offer Saturday and Sunday delivery to certain postcodes but there is a surcharge of £10 for this service. Once you enter your postcode at the basket or checkout this option will be displayed IF it is available as it is not available UK wide yet.

PACKAGING

All our ciders are delivered in robust cardboard shipping boxes and a gift note can also be added at no extra cost.

EU DELIVERIES

We are currently not shipping to EU Countries.
