AGE RESTRICTION

In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. We will only sell to anyone who is 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over. If you are making a purchase as a gift, then the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

DELIVERY

Ciderlicious aims to ship all orders within three days of receipt of order. Delivery times are generally within 48 hours, but please allow up to 5 days. If you require your order in a shorter time frame, please use our Next Day Delivery facility.

If you receive regular monthly subscriptions, they will be sent out at the same time every month.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Mainland UK delivery charges are £4.99 for a case

All deliveries are handled by one of our preferred couriers who will send you an email when your shipping has been booked. 

Our couriers will try to deliver your beer twice and if possible will leave safely or with a neighbour. If this hasn’t been possible, it will be held at the depot for 2 days and then returned to us. 

IMPORTANT: If this happens, we will cancel the order and refund you the cost of your purchase minus the cost of the delivery 

If an item has been returned and you would like the item to be sent again, we may charge an additional delivery charge. 

Our shippers do not normally receive or deliver parcels over the weekend or Bank Holidays, although Saturday morning deliveries can be made by special arrangement for an additional fee.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

By the Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

RETURNS POLICY

You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time within 7 working days from the day you receive your order, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact. To receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Email customercare@ciderlicious.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of order. Return all goods unopened and in original condition and wrapping. Return delivery charge will be at your expense. Ciderlicious will refund charges within 14 days.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be given in accordance with your legal rights. If your product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please contact us on:  customercare@ciderlicious.co.uk 

AVAILABILITY

If for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible. Products can be subject to change and may vary from the images shown on the website.

DAMAGES

It is important to us that you receive your order in pristine condition and we assure you we will make every effort to ensure this is the case. However, bottles may unfortunately get damaged in transit. Inspect your delivery for breakages and leakages, if it is apparent it has occurred, refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return to Ciderlicious. We will replace your purchase as soon as possible at no extra cost to yourself. Claims for breakages or shortages need to be stated on the courier’s paperwork.

Ciderlicious guarantee that the ciders you receive will have been through our quality control process. However, we would welcome your feedback, comments and constructive criticism. PAYMENT

Orders must be accompanied by payment, preferably via our website. We will accept cheques and will issue your order when your cheque has been received and cleared.

PRICES

Transactions are in British Pounds and inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges if applicable are added at the checkout. Whilst we endeavour to keep prices low, we reserve the right to increase prices in the event of supplier increases.
