The company has developed from a cider making hobby, originally picking apples from just a few trees of unwanted apples in 2017. Over time, as word has spread more trees were added. In many cases the tree owners either could not pick or cope with the volume of apples, so they donated them.Â
The company is not about re-producing a classic West Country style cider, it’s about creating a style of cider that is creative, fresh and organic.
